Ford: we have to cut out errors

GRAVESEND & Northfleet play their penultimate Nationwide Conference fixture of the season away to play-off finalists Shrewsbury tonight with manager Andy Ford looking for his side to cut out what he describes as "schoolboy errors".

Silly mistakes lead to Fleet surrendering of a 3-1 advantage in last Saturday's draw at Accrington.

Ford said: "We've come a long way this season but we have still got a lot to learn about how to defend in certain situations. We committed schoolboy errors in allowing Accrington back in the game."

The Fleet will be without striker Manny Omoyinmi who has been recalled by his club Oxford while central defender Chris Moore will be looking to celebrate the signing of a one-year extension to his contract following a series of outstanding performances since signing from Hornchurch in September last year.
