Father dies in freak accident

A DOTING father died after a tragic accident in which he fell onto a coffee table and slashed his throat.

It is believed 30-year-old Preston Bullock desperately tried to summon help from a neighbour but collapsed on the doorstep.

Mr Bullock, of Stevens Close, Darenth, near Dartford, lost too much blood after severing a main artery.

It is believed his wife, Natasha, was out getting a take-away when he stumbled. He also leaves a four-year-old son, Jordan.

Mrs Bullock said: “It is very difficult to explain it all to Jordan. He keeps walking around the house and blowing kisses in the air and asking for his Dad.”

The funeral will be held at St Margaret’s Church in Darenth next Tuesday (December 16). As a tribute Mrs Bullock is asking mourners to wear Arsenal shirts and no ties.
