A pub which has been empty for three years will go under the hammer at the end of the month.

The Round House at Wincheap has planning permission for conversion to apartments and maisonettes.

The property, with a guide price of between £350,000 and £375,000, will be Lot 114A at Allsop’s property auction on Monday, March 30, at The Cumberland Hotel, Great Cumberland Place, London, from 10am.

Keen interest is expected, with the building next to to Canterbury East station and close to the city centre.
