Darent Valley Hospital's annual awards ceremony

More than 200 staff from Darent Valley Hospital attended a glittering black-tie awards night to mark individuals, teams and innovation.

The fourth Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust Awards celebrated staff and volunteers at Friday night's ceremony held at Brands Hatch Thistle Hotel.

The evening, hosted by chief executive Mark Devlin, saw awards presented in 14 categories ranging from Outstanding Achievement to Volunteer of the Year.

Mr Devlin, accompanied by the Executive Management Team, praised staff and volunteers for their dedication and devotion to the Trust and, most importantly, its patients.
