Cosmetics worth £38,000 stolen from parked lorry

A LARGE quantity of cosmetics has been stolen from a lorry parked in a lay-by on the A20.

The side curtains to the lorry were slashed and the items, valued at £38,000, were stolen from inside the red Renault lorry.

It happened in a lay-by on the London Road at Farningham, near Dartford, on February 2 between 1.30am and 4am.

Police are now appealing to anyone who may have seen the lorry and have any information about the theft to contact them.
