Trains are now back running after all high-speed services were stopped during a gas leak.

Commuters faced major delays when javelin services stopped for maintenance work.

Trains between Stratford International and Ebbsfleet International were suspended just after 2pm after the leak in Rainham in Essex.

A shuttle service was run between St Pancras International and Stratford International, and between Ebbsfleet International and Ashford International.

But services were back on - with a 40-minute delay - shortly after 2.30pm.
