A MAN who fell to his death from Rochester Castle on Sunday has been named as 38-year-old Surrinder Singh Bains, who lived in a hostel for single, vulnerable people in Crown Quay Lane, Sittingbourne.
He plunged more than 100ft before hitting the concrete at the entrance to the Norman Castle. Police said there were no suspicious circumstances and an inquest will be held.
