Car crash driver freed by firefighters

FIREFIGHTERS from Larkfield helped release a man from his car after an accident outside an RSPCA animal centre on the A228, Leybourne, near West Malling, this morning.

The man, in his 20s, was taken to Maidstone Hospital. Only one vehicle was involved in the incident which happened at about 8.45am while the area was congested with traffic following the fatal accident on the M20 between the Wrotham and Leybourne turn-offs.
