PASSENGERS escaped serious injury when a double-decker bus got wedged under a bridge at Swalecliffe railway station on Saturday.
Police and ambulance crews attended the scene at about 3pm and had moved the bus by 5pm.
The bus was carrrying rail passengers affected by engineering works.
It is the second double-decker to crash into the bridge in two years.
