TERRIFIED staff at a village post office were robbed at gunpoint on Monday.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man entered Hartley Post Office, in Hartley near Gravesend, at about 10.20am, armed with a gun.

Witnesses have described the man as white, aged 40-45, of medium build with short, dark brown hair.

He was wearing a green anorak, black tracksuit bottoms, black boots and was carrying a rucksack.
