Appeal after dog stolen from garden

A STAFFORDSHIRE bull terrier worth £300 was taken from a garden on Monday.

The animal was allegedly taken from the address in Thorn Hill Road, Warden, on the Isle of Sheppey, shortly after 4.30pm.

Police say it is thought two men were seen stealing the dog.

The first suspect is described as white with dark hair and dressed in black. The other man was white, of heavy build with receding hair and glasses, and wearing a blue and white jacket.

They drive a M registration red Rover car.
