The wait is finally over, Wards has launched its 2024 charity partner - Tree of Hope!

Every year at Wards, we choose a charity to partner with for the year and our agents take part in some really incredible charity days, events, sports games and bake sales to help raise funds.

Across our 20 years of supporting local and regional charities, we’ve raised over an amazing £16 million from staff and company donations. We’ve seen our agents take on marathons, abseils, channel swims, bake sales and fancy dress days all to help support our charity partners.

This year, our agents have taken a vote, and they have chosen to support Tree of Hope as their 2024 charity partner.

Tree of Hope offers support to families of seriously ill and disabled children in the UK and Ireland who need specialist medical treatment, therapy and equipment.

So, why do we give back?

At Wards, we believe in supporting our community in every way we can. For the last 20 years, we’ve partnered with local and national charities to help provide vital funds for specialist and general equipment, activities and even funded roles within charities.

Back at the beginning of 2023, we gave back to local communities by supporting charities and food banks, donating over £750,000.

A year has passed since then, and we still hold some special relationships with many of the food banks and charities from the campaign.

Group managing director Aldo Sotgiu said: “It’s truly fantastic to be able to support a local charity that our agents are so passionate about once again. We look forward to the year ahead of us in 2024 with even more support for our local towns than before.”
