Tomorrow's bosses to hear Scase

YOUNG entrepreneurs from Medway schools will get insider knowledge from one of Britain's leading business gurus next month. Pupils from four different schools in the area will take part in a masterclass with Professor Richard Scase at the University of Kent in Canterbury on April 18.

The sixth formers from Rainham Mark Grammar School, Chatham Grammar School for Girls, Chatham South and Chatham Grammar School for Boys, have been taking part in a nationwide Young Enterprise Company Programme. Professor Scase is the author of the best selling book, Britain 2010: The Changing Landscape, and was recently voted one of the ten most influential people in the country.

Lorraine Morriss, development manager of Young Enterprise Kent, said: "This masterclass is a wonderful opportunity for students already involved in our programme. I am sure that to hear Professor Richard Scase speak and to be actively involved in the workshops will further encourage and inspire them."

The masterclass is run in partnership with Kent and Medway Education Business Alliance, Medway Education Business Partnerships and the Learning and Skills Council for Kent and Medway.
