A new enterprise has been launched in Kent to help would-be tycoons find their perfect business.

The Kent Dunham Business Transfer Agency, based at Herne Bay, is a new franchise for Buckinghamshire-based Dunham.

It will introduce people selling their businesses to people looking to buy.

Peter Burgess, area director of the Kent franchise, said: "Many people looking to sell or to buy a business don’t know where to start.

"Unlike traditional brokers, we aim to provide a unique, personalised service. We build relationships with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs and objectives, and work together to ensure tailored advice and support is provided throughout the process."

Mr Burgess has lived and worked in Kent for nearly 30 years providing financial services to companies across the region.
