Investment property pitfalls explained

PEOPLE considering buying investment property are being invited to a seminar in Folkestone.

Accountants Reeves and Neylan are organising the event to address the issues involved in such purchases, particularly as people may be turning to this sort of investment due to the uncertainty in world stock markets.

Nick Alder, who is based at the company's Dover office, said: "There are many issues to consider before buying a second or further property.

"Before taking the plunge people need to consider whether it is a long or short-term investment, whether the letting market has reached saturation and what happens if interest rates change"

The seminar is being held at Shepway Business Centre on Tuesday November 12 when these and other questions will be answered.

Anyone wanting to attend should call Reeves and Neylan on 01304 205461 or email dover@reeves-neylan.com
