A KENT firm that has been building arcade games for more than 50 years has gone into administration.

Workers have been left stunned as Cromptons, based on the Haine Industrial Park at Thanet, closed its doors for potentially the last time.

More than 50 jobs in the manufacturing department have gone, while a core of administrative staff are being kept on in case a buyer is found. Administrators are still working on finding a purchaser.
