Don't move to India, urges recruitment chief

KENT'S largest independent recruitment group is calling for companies to reconsider moving call centre jobs to India.

A string of banks, building societies and major firms have moved call centres to the subcontinent, saying the labour market there is more skilled.

But that reasoning is questioned by the Human Resource Group, which says it's simply to do with costs.
