Hythe Town saw their lead at the top of the Bulmers Cider Kent League reduced to two points on Saturday after their home game with VCD Athletic was postponed because of a frozen pitch.

Second-placed Holmesdale grabbed their chance to close the gap on the Premier Division leaders with a 2-0 win at Erith & Belvedere.

There was better luck for Hythe Reserves, who won 3-0 at VCD Athletic Reserves in Division 2.

This Saturday, Paul Fisk's side take on Slade Green at home in the first leg of their Premier Division Cup quarter-final.
