SUPPORTERS of Ebbsfleet United will pay an extra £1 in admission when the new name kicks off against Northwich at Stonebridge Road on Saturday.

Admission has been fixed at £13 adults with concessions, senior citizens, under-16s and students, paying £7. Youngsters will be able to take advantage of a season ticket offer by joining the Fleet’s juniors scheme which offers access to all home matches for £25.

Fleet chairman Jason Botley admitted: "We've reluctantly had to increase our prices. But we have done a lot of research and found that in the southern area of the Blue Square Premier we're still one of the cheapest.

"We have also introduced student concessions and our Junior Fleet scheme is really taking off. We're delighted to report that Guru Nanak have signed up all of their players to the scheme."
