Canvey Island v Gravesend & Northfleet

GRAVESEND manager Liam Daish is facing a possible goalkeeping crisis ahead of his side's Nationwide Conference clash at Canvey Island on Saturday.

Andy Kerr is suspended following his sending off in the 6-1 defeat at Grays in midweek and Craig Holloway is struggling to recover from a dead leg picked up against Exeter on the opening day of the season.

If he fails a late fitness test, the Fleet only have 17-year-old Sam Mott, who came on as a substitute after Kerr's dismissal, to deputise.

Midfielder Bobby Bowry (hip) is also doubtful, but defenders Lee Protheroe and Ross Smith will return after serving suspensions.

Fleet will be hoping to improve after two straight defeats to start their Conference campaign.
