Three charged over alleged serious assault

Three men arrested by police following a serious assault in Gravesend, are to appear in court.

Bradley Wood, 20, of York Road, Gravesend is charged with one count of violent disorder, Jake Whittington, 18, also of York Road, Gravesend is charged with violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon, and Aaron Moon, 22, of Valley Drive, is charged with one count of causing grievous bodily harm, violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon.

The charges relate to an incident in Princes Road, Gravesend at around 3.15am on Sunday, January 11, in which a 20-year-old man suffered a serious eye injury.

They are all bailed to appear at Dartford Magistrate's Court on Thursday, May 14.
