Fatahy Al-Badawi, Ahmen Abdo and Ahmed Khalifi charged after car stopped in Gravesend

Three men have been charged with offences after a knife and cannabis were found in a car following a stop and search in Gravesend.

Officers stopped a vehicle driven by Fatahy Al-Badawi in Queen Street at 8pm last Thursday.

The 20-year-old, of Fort Pitt Street, Chatham, was subsequently arrested and charged with driving without a licence or insurance.

Ahmen Abdo, 18 and of Church Road, Folkestone, was charged with possession of a bladed article while Ahmed Khalifi, 18 and of Canterbury Street, Gillingham, was charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis.

All three have been bailed to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, November 14.
