Road works at Sainsbury’s Pepper Hill are due to start today.

They include creating a new access onto the A2 in a bid to reduce the amount of traffic on Hall Road.

It will also include a new signal-controlled pedestrian and cycle crossing points, widening the westbound A2 exit slip road, and resurfacing the carriageways.

Certain works on Hall Road are scheduled to finish on Thursday, February 28 whilst others will continue until July 19.
