A little hunch back at the office’s of Gravesham council led to Richard III being found in a car park in Gravesend.

The ill-fated son of York, recently found in a parking bay in Leicester after 527 years of hiding, was found in the Lord Street car park earlier this week.

In a publicity stunt organised by Gravesham council to advertise the Changeling theatre group, director Rob Forknall donned a royal costume and made some space in the town’s car park.

The Changeling will be bringing their unique version of Richard III to the borough for two days in July, set in a gothic world of murder, plots and intrigues, Richard III will include original new music.

Tickets for the production at Nurstead Court are on sale from the Woodville Box Office priced at £17 for adults and £13.50 for the over 60s.

For tickets call 01474 337774.
