A woman had to be airlifted to hospital after being thrown from a horse.
The rider, in her 30s, landed in a field after being propelled over a fence by the animal in Meopham.
An ambulance was called to White Horse Lane shortly before 2.50pm, when paramedics scrambled a helicopter.
A crew from Kent Air Ambulance Trust arrived 10 minutes later and took the woman to King's College Hospital, London.
She had suffered suspected chest and abdominal injuries.
