After the visit of Forest Green Rovers on Saturday, the Fleet’s next two games at Stonebridge Road are against relegation rivals Nuneaton and Telford.

Four teams go down and Fleet are currently second from bottom.

However, having lost only twice at home since September, Lorraine (pictured) and his team-mates have given themselves a fighting chance of survival.

He said: "Our home form is massive now because we’re confident at home. Home advantage is huge and no matter who we’re up against, we believe we can win.

"We need to pick up a few wins that people might not expect us to, against teams like Forest Green. If we win our games, we will stay up.

"We’ve got to not worry about what everyone else does. We got a good point against Cambridge last week but unfortunately other results went against us."

Ebbsfleet follow up the Forest Green match with a trip to Braintree Town on Easter Monday. Both games kick-off at 3pm.
