All the emergency services have been called out after a crash involving several vehicles.

All three lanes that were earlier closed have now reopened, but traffic is still reported as very slow.

It comes after a couple of vans, a car and a bike were in a crash on the London-bound carriageway of the A2 near the Tollgate services at Gravesend.

The accident, near the Wrotham Road turn-off, happened just before 7.20am, and only lane four of four is open.

Congestion is said to stretch back to J1 of the M2 at Strood.
