YOUNG darts ace Ross Smith can start preparing for a trip to Australia after another superb performance at the weekend.

The 16-year-old, from Dover, who plays for the Mill Inn in the Deal League, won the silver medal while playing for England Under-18s in the Europe Cup near Amsterdam.

And his performance so impressed the watching England selectors that Ross was told afterwards that he had been picked to play for England Youth in the Darts World Cup in Perth in September.
