Dover Athletic have announced a new sponsorship deal with Vauxhall car dealers Perrys.

Following the surprise decision by SeaFrance to end their sponsorship agreement after just one season, Whites’ director Roger Knight has been working hard in recent weeks to find a suitable successor.

And Mr Knight said: “We are delighted to welcome Perrys as our new main sponsors. I spoke to Graham Knell (Perrys’ Regional Director) as soon as we knew that the main sponsorship was available.

"Graham has been extremely supportive and we were able to put together an excellent sponsorship package.

“The package will see Perrys logo on both our home and away shirts as well as having a high profile at the ground, which will be renamed The Perrys Crabble Stadium.”

Perrys have over 60 outlets throughout the UK, including one at White Cliffs Business Park in Whitfield.

Graham Knell said: “We are delighted to support Dover Athletic as the main sponsors. We have discussed sponsorship with Whites in the past and this was a great opportunity for Perrys to become involved with the local community through football.”
