Addicks first team heading for Crabble

Charlton are sending their first team squad to the Perrys Crabble Stadium for the game with Dover Athletic tonight (Wednesday).

The match was originally scheduled for yesterday, with Charlton planning to send their reserve team.

But last week Addicks officials got in touch with Dover requesting that the match be put back 24 hours so that manager Alan Pardew could field his first team squad following their arrival back from a training camp in Spain.

Dover chairman Jim Parmenter said “This is a big boost for us. For a team like Charlton to send their first team to the Perrys Crabble Stadium is a big compliment, in terms of our facilities and pitch as well as our playing squad.

"It will be a superb crowd pleaser, and a very tough test for Andy Hessenthaler's side.”

The kick off is 7.45pm and prices for admission will be as follows - Adults: £10; Over 60's: £7; 11-16 Years: £5; Under 11's: £2.
