Street attack victim left with serious head injuries

A MAN is in hospital with serious head injuries after being attacked in a Kent town on Friday night.

The 32-year-old from Gillingham was found lying on the ground in Biggin Street, Dover, at around 9pm. His wallet was missing.

He was taken to King's College Hospital in London, where he is said to be in a serious but stable condition.

Police are studying CCTV tapes and are appealing for witnesses to contact them on 01304 240055 (quoting reference HZ 1328).
