Head injury suffered by boy, 15, in disturbance in Tower Hamlets Road, Dover

A teenager suffered a head injury after a disturbance.

Police arrived and broke up a group of youths at the scene.

The 15-year-old boy did not need hospital treatment and there were no reported serious injuries.

Kent Police were called out at 12.46am today to Tower Hamlets Road in Dover.

A force spokesman said: “Kent Police was called to reports of a disturbance.

A group of young people were dispersed from the area.

“No arrests were made and no serious injuries were reported.

“Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”

A South East Coast Ambulance Service spokesman said: “At 12.53am we were called to support the police with a 15-year-old-boy complaining of a head injury at Tower Hamlets, Dover.

“After assessment and treatment on scene the patient was not conveyed to hospital.”
