Flat fire in Toronto Close, Dover

Fire crews were called to a flat at Dover's Buckland estate last night.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose-reel jet to deal with the blaze at Toronto Close just after 9pm.

They then used a fan to clear the property of smoke.

It is not yet known if anyone was injured or if anyone was in the flat at the time.
