A MAN has been arrested at Dover after a £12 million cocktail of drugs was uncovered by Customs officers at the port.

The discovery was made when officers used X-ray equipment to scan a refrigerated vehicle when it arrived at Dover from Calais.

They found 80 kilos of cocaine, 200 kilos of Ecstasy, 100 kilos of cannabis resin and 30 kilos of herbal cannabis hidden in the floor of the vehicle.

A 53-year-old man is currently being questioned and enquiries are continuing.
