Deal Town were beaten 2-1 by Chertsey Town in their FA Cup extra preliminary round replay at the Charles Ground on Tuesday.
After a goalless first half, Deal, who drew 2-2 at Chertsey on Saturday, took the lead through a 48th-minute strike from Roy Godden.
But Chertsey eventually made their superior passing football pay through goals by Luke Muldowney and substitute Kevin Cooper to set up a trip in the next round to Sittingbourne.
Deal return to Kent League action on Saturday with a home game against Croydon, and then on Bank Holiday Monday they are away to Hythe Town.
