Mindset coach Nike Lawal is helping Deal Town Council celebrate International Women's Day.

The specialist in helping women overcome anxiety is holding an interactive session on how to manage our inner critic.

The free event takes place at Deal Town Hall tomorrow (Friday) from 7pm.

It makes up an international network of organised gatherings to celebrate the successes of females across the world.

This year's International Women's Day theme is #BalanceforBetter.

The campaign theme provides a unified direction to guide and galvanize continuous collective action, with #BalanceforBetter activity reinforced and amplified all year. It runs all year long and doesn't end on International Women's Day.
