A casualty has been taken to hospital after a two-car collision at the Duke of York roundabout in Dover.

Emergency services were called to the scene where one car had flipped on its side at 2.30pm today.

Both vehicles have now been recovered and the road was clear by 4.23pm.

Police press officer Jon Green said: "We were called at 2.30pm to reports of a collision involving two cars at the Duke of York roundabout.

"One of the cars is on its side.

"SECAMB have reported that there are some casualties.

"The road was clear by 4.23pm."
