Charlton manager Alan Pardew has again turned to the non-league market in the hope of securing a bargain.

Having snapped up 36-goal Blue Square Premier Player of the Year Stuart Fleetwood from Forest Green Rovers last month, Pardew is giving a trial to 41-goal Team Bath striker Sean Canham.

The 23-year-old former Exeter player spent three days training last week training with the Addicks and will play in Tuesday's first pre-season friendly at Bromley.

"He'll definitely play against Bromley and we'll take it from there," said Pardew, who is also assessing the form of Britain's Got Talent finalist Jeremy Lynch who was once on Arsenal's books.

Joining Canham up front will be the Blue Square Premier's 36-goal Player of the Year Stuart Fleetwood, who joined the club from Forest Green on June 16.

Goalkeeper Jack Binks, a former scholar with Middlesbrough, is also included.

Bromley manager Mark Goldberg, who has been busy overhauling his squad since returning to Hayes Lane, expects to parade all his new signings. The match kicks off at 7.45pm.

Charlton: Elliott, Binks; Basey, Fortune, Mamba, Moutaouakil, Solly, A Thomas; Racon, Semedo, Shelvey, Sinclair, J Thomas, Wright, Wagstaff, Yussuff; Dickson, Fleetwood, Godfrey, Canham.
