Hastings v Dartford

New signing Craig Carley stands by to start his first game for Dartford in their Ryman League Premier Division game at the Pilot Field on Tuesday.

The 24-year-old striker, signed last week from Met Police, came off the bench to replace injured Ryan Hayes in the 3-1 win against Tooting on Saturday.

He was Ryman League Division 1 South leading scorer last season, and the Police allowed him to leave, despite being on contract

Boss Tony Burman said: "He has been on our list of targets since Cody McDonald went to Norwich, and is potentially a very good player."

Hayes could be out for up to three weeks after suffering a recurrence of hamstring trouble.

Danny Dafter (ankle) is still missing, but James White is back from a ban for the trip to Sussex. Struggling Hastings are managed by former Tonbridge player-boss Tony Dolby, back in charge for a second spell.
