It will be closed from 10pm on Saturday (October 21) until 5am on Sunday (October 22) and the same period the following week – from Saturday, October 28 to Sunday, October 29.

Motorists are being asked to follow the diversion signs for northbound traffic which will be in place via the adjacent east tunnel.

The QEII bridge will be open for those travelling into the county.

Road users are also advised that the waterproofing and resurfacing work planned between M25 junction 31 and junction 30 this month, has been postponed until spring 2024 when the weather will hopefully be drier.
