Missing man with head injury found after leaving Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford

A man who walked out of a hospital with a head injury not knowing who he was has been found safe and well.

The man had arrived at Darent Valley Hospital on Thursday and was being treated for the condition which prevented him from being able to confirm his name or where he lived.

He left the hospital in Dartford before being discharged, at around 10.40am on Saturday.

When he was last seen the man was wearing black trainers and black shorts and may have been in possession of a green hospital blanket.

He was described as being aged in his 30s and around 5ft 9ins tall.

Officers confirmed today that he had now been located safe and well and thanked those who assisted with their inquires and shared the appeal.
