M25 crash near Swanley interchange caused traffic up to the QE2 Bridge, Dartford

A three-vehicle crash caused long rush-hour delays this morning.

The accident, which involved two vans and a car, happened at 6.43am on the M25 clockwise before J3 on the M20/A20 at the Swanley Interchange, is causing congestion to J1a by the QE2 Bridge in Dartford.

A National Highways spokesman said: "The incident involved three vehicles, two vans and a car, there were no injuries reported and the vehicles were cleared from the carriageway ten minutes after the incident was reported.

"We are not aware of any further delays in the area."
