Adam Maxted took time out from his wrestling career for the hit ITV television series Love Island in 2016. He was paired with Katie Salmon and finished the series in fourth position.

He returned to the ring last year, reaching the four-man People’s Champion final decider in Gravesend but was beaten by votes in Niwa’s favour.

He is now getting his chance to win the title in a one-on-one with the Maori Warrior.

Dean Allmark, the Wirral-based favourite, will be taking on one of Britain’s most consistent stars, the south London-born James Mason, who is bringing vast experience to the ring during the lunchtime line-up.

Devon-based Superslam title holder Oliver Grey, will also be in the ring. Taking him on will be Humbersider Nathan Cruz.

The event will start at noon, on Saturday, February, 9 with tickets now on sale at the Orchard Theatre box office.

Call 01322 220000 for ticket information which includes a special £45 family offer covering two adults and two children under 16.
