Greenhithe man suspected of drug dealing charged and knuckle duster and baton seized

A suspected drug dealer has been charged with drug offences and possessing weapons.

Lee Prescott, from Greenhithe, is suspected to be involved in co-ordinating the supply of cocaine and cannabis between April and May 2020.

The 35-year-old was arrested on Tuesday, March 28 after inquiries were carried out by the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate.

Officers also seized a knuckle duster and extendable baton.

Lee Prescott, from Knockhall Road, was charged with conspiracy to supply class A and B drugs and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon.

He appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Wednesday) where he was remanded to appear at Woolwich Crown Court on Wednesday, April 26.
