KENT Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an allegation of indecent assault.

The alleged incident occurred outside a shopping centre in Home Gardens, Dartford, at around 1.30pm on Friday, July 21.

It is reported that a 15-year-old girl was shopping with her friend when a male approached her. He is said to have entered into conversation with her and indecently assaulted her. Her friend took a photo of a male using her mobile phone.

The suspect is described as being an oriental male, aged between 20 and 25, around 5ft 8in tall with black, spikey hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a light blue T-shirt, stone wash jeans and slip on shoes.
