A man with a tattoo of red lips on his neck is being sought by police after a young woman was attacked as she walked her dog in a park.

The 18-year-old was approached by a man, thought to be in his early 20s, who touched her indecently and tried to kiss her.

When another woman entered Willow Park in Chatsworth Road, Dartford, the man stopped and left.

The woman was left shaken by what happened.

The incident happened at about 10.30am on Friday, April 29, but details have only just been released by the police. A spokesman said they had explored other leads but now needed the public's help.

Today, police issued an efit of a man they would like to trace. He is white, slim, and 5ft 7in.

He has short brown hair and was wearing a black adidas tracksuit with bright blue stripes on the trousers.

Investigating officer PC Gerry King said: "We would like to hear from anyone who might recognise this man, as we believe he can help with our investigation."
