300 cannabis plants seized and destroyed at industrial estate in Swanley

More than 300 cannabis plants have been destroyed by police after they were found in an industrial unit.

Officers were patrolling Lombard Street, Horton Kirby, near Swanley at around 7pm on Tuesday when they smelt the plant.

They then gained entry to an industrial unit and discovered a cultivation of the drug.

Hundreds of plants were removed by police and destroyed.

An investigation is ongoing and at this stage no arrests have been made.
