But ahead of today’s Royal London One-Day Cup opener at Worcestershire, Kent have revealed they have managed to extend his stay.

But New Zealand’s Matt Henry is now only available for Kent's Royal London Cup opener after being called-up to his country’s white-ball squad for their tour to face West Indies in both One-Day International and T20 international games.

Saini took seven wickets, including earning first-innings figures of 5-72, in their recent win at Warwickshire in County Championship Division 1.

He then claimed a further four wickets in the game as they lost last week to Lancashire in the County Championship by 184 runs.
