Floodlit Kwik Cricket festival for youngsters

CHILDREN from eight Canterbury primary schools are being given the chance to play Kwik Cricket under floodlights at Polo Farm next month.

The event, believed to be the first of its kind in Kent, takes place on Friday, April 4, and is being organised by Canterbury Cricket Club, the city council and the local sports development team.

The main sponsors are solicitors Robinson's. Play gets under way at 6.30pm and spectators are welcome.
