'Win house for a fiver' draw falling flat

AN INTERNET draw to 'win a house for a fiver' may not have tempted enough entries to offer the star prize of a £250,000 property near Canterbury.

But one lucky ticket holder from South Darenth, near Dartford, has still scooped more than £70,000.

Today organisers of the draw, Angela Browne and Andy Jewett, were trying to contact the winner who has not yet been named.

The couple had hoped to sell their house at Old Wives Lees through the internet draw but did not sell enough tickets.
